Punch has always answered "what did I work." Starting in 4.0 it also answers "what am I working next."
When your company schedules crews in CRMb — the CRM, scheduling, and job-costing companion that shares one workspace with Punch — every shift assigned to you appears at the top of My Shifts, under Upcoming. Each row carries the day and date, the start and end time, the planned hours, and the full context line: the job, the client, and the site. Tap a shift for the details. Here is the part we care about most: the schedule informs, it never restricts. You punch in from the Now tab exactly as you always have, and you are not locked to the scheduled site. A crew gets rerouted mid-morning, a job runs long, a second stop gets added — real field days don't follow the plan to the minute, and a time clock that punishes that isn't tracking reality. The schedule tells you where you're expected. The punch records where you worked. Both are true at once.
If the plan changes, pull to refresh and My Shifts catches up. And if your company doesn't use CRMb, nothing changes — My Shifts looks exactly like it did yesterday. No empty section, no upsell banner sitting where your shifts should be.

60 countries, and all six GCC states
Punch now supports 60 countries. Ten are new in 4.0: Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman in the Gulf — which, alongside Saudi Arabia and the UAE, completes coverage of all six GCC states — plus Czechia, Hungary, and Romania in central Europe, and Peru, Ecuador, and Costa Rica in the Americas.
The pattern is the one Punch has kept since it first crossed a border. Pick your country when you create your org, and the right overtime rules attach automatically — grounded in the actual statute, not a generic 40-hour guess. Qatar's Labour Law computes overtime on the basic wage at the legal premium. Czechia's Zákoník práce measures overtime against the stipulated week with no daily trigger, because that is genuinely how the law works there. Peru pays the first two extra hours in a day at one rate and everything past that at a higher one, so Punch models both tiers. Romania's law prefers paid time off within 90 days before cash — the preset's fine print tells you so.
Pricing follows suit, with six new currencies — Qatari riyal, Czech koruna, Hungarian forint, Romanian leu, Peruvian sol, and Costa Rican colón — priced for each market, not just converted. Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman bill in US dollars, as does dollarized Ecuador.

If your company doesn't use CRMb, My Shifts simply looks the way it always has.
Do I have to punch in at the scheduled site?
No. The schedule is information, not a fence. You punch in from the Now tab as usual, at whatever site the day actually takes you to. Punch records what really happened; the schedule shows what was planned.
