Punch for pet services
Per walk. Per sit. Per groom. Paid right.
Dog walking pays by the visit, not the hour. Punch prices every stop at your per-client rate and keeps the hours on record, for you and for every walker on your team.

Visit pay that matches how pet care works
A 30-minute walk pays $24. The Hendersons' twice-a-day sit pays its own rate. A full groom is a flat $85. Pet care has always paid per visit, and hourly time-tracking apps have always made that awkward, so walkers end up doing pay math in a notes app.
Punch treats every client as a job site and every completed stop as one visit at the right rate: a default per walker, with per-client overrides where the price differs. Punch in at the door and out at the leash hook; the visit prices itself, and a day of nine stops is nine punches that each pay correctly.
Rates change: new clients, raises, mistakes. Fix a rate once and every unpaid visit follows it instantly. Periods you've already paid stay exactly as paid.
What pet-care operators get
Per-visit pay, per client
A default rate per walker plus client-specific overrides. The reactive-dog account that takes longer can pay more. Set it once.
Nine stops, nine punches
Every client is their own job site, every stop its own visit. The day's route adds up by itself.
Solo from day one
A one-person walking business runs on the Solo plan: punch your own visits, watch earnings on My Shifts by day, week, or pay period, and mark periods paid as clients pay you.
Hours still tracked
The visit pays a flat rate, but the time is on record: proof of the full 30 minutes, every time.
Optional geofenced punch-in
Turn it on and every punch-in is verified at the client's address. Off by default for solo operators.
Teams, when you grow
Add walkers with their own rates; owners are always free on team plans. The week rolls up per walker with visits and totals.
How pet pros run on Punch
The solo dog walker
Midday routes, evening check-ins. Every stop punches in and out, prices at the client's rate, and the week's earnings sit one tap away.
The walking team
Five walkers, forty clients. Each walker carries their rates, the owner sees visits and totals per person, and payday is one tap per walker.
The mobile groomer
Each appointment is a visit at the groom rate. House calls tracked, priced, and totaled without a separate ledger.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
- Does Punch handle bookings or pet-parent updates?
- No. Your scheduling and client messaging stay in the tools you already use. Punch is the time-and-pay layer underneath: who visited, when, and what it pays.
- What about overnight sits?
- Punch in when the sit starts and out when it ends. It's one visit at that client's rate, with the full duration on record.
- Can a visit pay differently per walker?
- Yes. Rates are per person, per site: your senior walker's default can differ from a new hire's, and either can carry client-specific overrides.
- What does it cost for a solo walker?
- The Solo plan is the cheapest tier with every feature included. See pricing for current rates. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
- What if I change a client's rate?
- Every unpaid visit reprices immediately, including ones already walked. Periods you've already marked paid keep their original pay.
